Admission Guidelines

Patel Bhimji Keshra Vidhyalaya welcomes admissions for Standards 9 to 12. Students and parents are required to follow the school’s admission rules for a smooth and fair process. Applicants must submit accurate documents, meet the eligibility criteria for the respective class and attend verification when scheduled. Admission is confirmed only after form submission, document approval and fee payment.

Admission Process

Step 1: Collect the Admission Form

Obtain the admission form from the school office during working hours.

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

Provide the necessary documents including Aadhar card, previous school record, mark sheet, passport-size photos and transfer certificate (if applicable).

Step 3: Verification

The school office will verify the student’s documents and eligibility.

Step 4: Fee Payment

After verification, pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.

Step 5: Final Confirmation

Once the process is complete, the student will receive confirmation of admission and class allocation.

The fee structure for Standards 9, 10, 11 and 12 is available at the school office. Parents can visit during working hours to view the detailed fee chart and understand the annual and term-wise payments.
