Curriculum Overview
Patel Bhimji Keshra Vidhyalay is integrated with the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) and follows the GSHSEB curriculum in the Gujarati medium from Standards 9 to 12 (General Stream).
Our school is a grant-in-aid co-educational school.
Standard 9 & 10
Students in Standards 9 and 10 develop a strong academic base through a well-structured curriculum that includes languages, mathematics, social science and general subjects. These two years help students strengthen analytical thinking, writing skills and conceptual clarity in every subject.
The school places emphasis on discipline, daily study routines and consistent revision to prepare students effectively for the SSC Board Examination. Practical learning, classroom activities and regular assessments ensure students build confidence and stay exam-ready. Teachers guide learners closely, helping them understand each topic thoroughly while encouraging positive learning habits that support their future studies.
Standard 11 & 12
After completing Standard 10, students can choose the Arts or Commerce stream and pursue their education up to Standard 12 with subjects aligned to their interests and career goals. Introduced in 2019, these streams offer a wide range of subject options.
In addition, Apparel has been included as a vocational subject, equipping students with practical skills and enhancing their opportunities for employment and self-reliance.
